This is a film/movie poster of Kingsman: The secret service.  It is a science fiction film released in Febuary 2015 which contains thrill and action.

 

The first thing which is easy to recognize about this poster is the title. The title 'Kingsman' is placed on the lower side of the poster, and is colored in gold. The name of the move 'The secret service' is located right below. The color gold and white are shown as to be signs of royalty and highness, which represents the spies shown in the poster. Looking at the bottom, there is a release date, and it reminds the audience of when the movie will be out. At the top of the poster, there are names of three of the characters who come out in the movie. These actors are well known by many people, and the fact that there will be famous movie stars coming out in this film grabs their attention and brings in more audience.

 

Onto more of the designs, the background of this poster is black. The color black as the background represents many things; one thing about this is that it represents evil and darkness, but in this case, the black color represents hidden identities and important secrets as spies. Also, the black color is used to make the visuals stand out to the audience, so that when they see it, they will notice the bright contrasted words and images straight away. Getting onto the center of the poster, we can see different colors, props, and six characters from the movie all in their different positions. Unlike the background, there are red/orange sparks coming from the images, which reminds me of fire and explosion. It expresses the intense action and fight which is going to happen in the movie. This creates thrill and excitement for the audience, an shows part of what this film is going to contain. Inside the circle, there are buildings in the background, which are in the color of dark blue. To me, it reminds me of things being in a dark situation, in which there is war going on and things are getting destroyed. One of the main set of objects in the poster are the weapons. This movie focuses on violence, as there are a range of weapons and guns wielded by the characters. There is a plane flying on the right side, which is a clear sign of a battle/war, since the plane is a sign that transportation is needed throughout the fight. This adds even more excitement, as the audience awaits to see all the action and war going on in the film. The characters are all in their different figures and poses. Some of them are holding their weapons up high, while the others are standing straight and looking strong. Most of them are wearing black suits, to match the theme of being spies. The antagonist, Valentine, is wearing orange clothes with a necklace and a hat, to show off his cool look and it separates from the other characters in the poster.
